Should you wish to make a purchase from our on line shop first click with your mouse on the product group you require, e.g. Printers. This will take you to a more specific level e.g. 'Desktop Printer'. Click on your chosen machine to view all features of this product. If you wish to then make a purchase simply click 'Buy 1 Now'. Alternatively if you wish to continue shopping click 'Add to Basket' and continue to browse the site. To exit and make the necessary payment click 'Your Order' located at the top right of the page an follow payment instructions from there.
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value if this is possible. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
The 'information' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Kelleher Electronics Limited.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it . We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
All prices quoted on the Kelleher Electronics Limited Website are current and quoted in Euros. Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges. Due to product availability and currency fluctuations prices may change without notice. Product specifications may also vary. Kelleher Electronics Limited is not responsible for products in constraint or out of stock. E. &. O.E
Shipping Information: within Ireland only. Delivery €12.00 on all products. If you are purchasing more than one machine we will be happy to quote you a special multiple quantity delivery charge. Please use our contact form.
We dispatch in stock items within 2 days of receipt of order, unless an item is temporarily out of stock, in which case a member of Kelleher Electronics Limited will contact you and explain to you when you can expect delivery.
We take payment from your card at the time of dispatch of goods. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Kelleher Electronics Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All products sold on line come with a full manufacturers warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Returns must be made and will only be accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase provided that all packaging and accessories are returned intact i.e. not torn or damaged in any way. If this is not the case Kelleher Electronics Limited is not obliged to accept any returns. Any defective product(s) shall be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. The warranty excludes consumables, damage due to misuse and acts of god such as lightening or flood damage.
When shopping with Kelleher Electronics Limited you are assured that we are committed to protecting your privacy and that every necessary precaution is taken to protect customer information. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. The information we collect on the site, which is knowingly provided by customers, is simply used to facilitate your shopping experience.
